I installed hardwood floors in my home, and after 25 years of “family-of-four” wear and tear, they were looking pretty ratty. I dreaded the idea of going through the process of having them redone; cost, masking everything, moving furniture, and losing the use of the major areas in our home for a week was not pleasant to contemplate.

 

Then, a neighbor told me about the NHance process; I could have my floors refinished economically, with no dust or masking, and have the job completed so that my house would be livable in less than 24 hours. I was skeptical but willing to listen. A sales rep was at my house within a few days, explained the process, and I was sold.

 

A crew began work at 7am one morning, (I had already left for work by then) and when I returned at noon, the final coat was already drying.  By 2pm, I was walking on the floors in my stocking feet, and the next day, I was able to replace the furniture. And the floors looked great! They matched perfectly with the areas of  floor that didn’t need refinishing, and I can’t imagine that a full sanding, restaining, and recoating process could look any better.

 

Best of all, the people I dealt with were all very service-oriented. The sales rep, the pre-installation rep, the gentleman who did the work, and even the office manager went out of their way to accommodate my needs, and assure me that they wanted me to be satisfied in every way. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone in this company.

 

I highly recommend this process and this company; it’s definitely the way to go if you’re in need of floor refinishing.

I have to write and tell you how happy I am with the total job that NHance did in my house. From the sales team to the actual workers, it has been the best home project experience I have had.

 

It is rare that someone comes out and takes time to demonstrate their product to the extent that Dave Lantow did. I knew immediately that I wanted my cabinets done and what a fine job they did. They look absolutely new. This happneed after two years of me trying to decide what i would do to upgrade my kitchen and i looked at all ways to do it. Then the Home Depot people suggested I have NHance out and give their wood renewal product a chance which is what i did. It saved me thousands of dollars by not replacing or having my cabinets sanded down.

I am one happy customer.

Ditto to the good reviews about NHance Wood Renewal.  They restored my gumwood woodwork, breakfront, and hearth (living, dining, and foyer) and it looks lovely. It still has the patina of age, but they did exactly what I wanted...smoothed out almost a hundred years of wear and tear and created a clean, uniform, and lustrous surface. The team of workers was personable, articulate, and hard-working.  They got along with each other and worked really well as a team. Dave Lantrow was working with them much of the time, and was on top of every step, including clean--up and containment. FANTASTIC! Not only are the guys incredibly sweet, but they do great work. We had a horrible roommate who didn't know how to take care of his animals. He left his poor little puppy in a 9x13 room for, somedays, up to 10 hours alone. She would pee and poop all over the room. After he moved out and left us with the whole rent to pay, he also left us with a room smelling of dog urine. Soft hardwood floors absorb smell and when you're that filthy the room is bound to smell... even after I washed the floors and walls 6 times (yep, I even used Natures Miracle.)

The guys from NHance came in and in about 4 hours had the floors looking great and smelling clean. They did all they could to make the floors look good and more so make the room safe for our little bambino!

Wonderful work, wonderful service... couldn't get any better!

My kitchen cabinets were in dire need of revitalization. Parts of my cabinet were completely stripped of color and normally, you would automatically assume you would need to install completely new cabinets if you saw mine. I had a contractor come in and give me an estimate and I spent hours planning and searching for the type of wood, tile, and countertop I was going to replace my kitchen with.... Until I stumbled on NHance and they changed everything.

Dave was very courteous when he came to give me an estimate. He even took his shoes off and wore the house slippers! This company is very on-top of things.... Kelly always confirmed the appointment with me and addressed any questions I had. Dave even came late after hours to pickup my payment.
Needless to say, the service and quality were Excellent.
Their work transformed my cabinets and it looks like I have a new kitchen now!!! Seriously, it was awesome. I wish I had before and after pictures to show =/
I was so impressed by their work the first time I had them come back and refinish my stairs and hallway.
This is so long, as you can tell, my experience with them was Very very impressive.

I live in a studio apartment, in Hayes Valley.San Francisco. The building is over 100 years old, and my floors looked it. I didn't want to get the traditional refinishing floor process, because of the dust and odor. I discovered NHance through a friend, and I am 100% satisfied! They are very friendly people to work with, came over twice to give free consultations, called me a few days before, to see if I had any questions.
Overall, I feel NHance is probably the best alternative to the messy chemical-dusty refinishing approach. The final result was fantastic. I asked for a high-gloss finish, which made the floors look like they did, 100 years ago. Couldn't have asked for a better result. This is the best Green-Eco-Friendly way to refinish your hardwood floors! I would give these guys 5stars(*****)! Added bonus: they're inexpensive!
