"I recently had my floors refurbished by Nhance. I was a bit apprehensive before the work--the professionals at Nhance had been very clear that the goal of their process was an 80% improvement, and that flaws would be easy to find if I wanted to look for them. Far from "selling" me on their product, they carefully and patiently helped me to understand just what they could do, and what they could not. I am very satisfied with the results. They lifted a decade of grime and discoloration off my hardwood floors in just one day, with little noise and virtually no smells at all. The floor looks at least 80% better, and although there are some spots that are less than perfect, the overall effect is exceptionally good. In my upstairs hallway, for instance, the floor looks so great that I'm reluctant to cover it up with an area rug, a result I certainly did not anticipate. Even the troublesome places are greatly improved. The workers were prompt, quiet and considerate. They arrived exactly on time and finished just when they said they would. They even showed me, step-by-step, what they were doing throughout their work, since I was at home while they did it (something no contractor could ever regard as an ideal situation).
